Our creative team specializes in turning insights into fresh ideas that ring true to a brand’s authentic self. Made up of art directors, copywriters and creative directors, this group of powerhouse thinkers collaborate daily to tell brand stories in relevant and engaging ways. The creative director leads our creative visions and oversees all project aspects, from ideation to implementation.

DIGITAL L

Our digital team launches online campaigns, analyzes monthly data and investigates new trends in the industry. Testing and learning is a big focus, and they collaborate with other members of UPBrand to make data-driven decisions that push our clients above the fold.

DEVELOPMENT L

The UPBrand web whizzes build, optimize and maintain sites for our clients. From back-end development to routine maintenance, the team partners with the creatives to weave an interactive narrative online that captures a brand’s true identity.

PROPS L

The production and operations crew includes our project managers, producers and operations functions. They’re all pros at assigning roles, creating timelines and communicating with the team to reach deadlines. These folks are also responsible for bringing ideas to life, building relationships with vendors and working to find new resources to take UPBrand’s work to the next level.

EXECUTIVE & LEADERSHIP L

Leadership takes the wheel and steers UPBrand toward its strategic goals. While they have titles like President and Vice President, they all have extensive experience working in the industry as ad people themselves — giving them valuable perspective into agency life. They pursue new business opportunities, offer inspiration and keep the agency up and running.

BRAND MANAGEMENT L

Outside of keeping projects on-strategy and on-brief, brand managers serve as thought partners for clients — walking them through our process and making sure the end product meets expectations. Their impressive people skills and brand expertise keep everything organized and strategically aligned from start through finish.
