In your first few weeks, you’ll fill out the StrengthsFinder 2.0 questionnaire: a research-backed method that uncovers how you excel. You’ll wind up with a comprehensive list of strengths which you’ll discuss with your supervisor. Together, you’ll collaborate to find ways to use your best brain power in everyday work.
